I thrive on turning inquiries into booked consultations and surgeries through relationship-building and “subtle selling.” I work as a 1099 contractor, so I can help your practice without being onsite full-time. My process sets the tone for a successful consultation—whether in person or virtual.

Here’s how it works:

  • If you have a front desk or medical assistant to bring patients into a room, I can meet them face-to-face via Google Meet or follow up with a phone call to discuss surgery dates and fees.

  • Most of the work is done before the patient arrives, ensuring your in-office time is highly productive.

  • I also offer staff training on how to effectively “sell surgery” if you prefer to keep it all in-house.

With over 20 years in plastic surgery and dental practices, I specialize in creating efficient, results-driven systems that help practices thrive. I believe in working smarter, not harder—eliminating waste, improving workflows, and building strong, positive team cultures. My focus is simple: the right people, the right systems, and a shared commitment to exceptional patient care and profitability.

I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, where my love for the outdoors took root. I enjoy skiing, hiking, biking, and paddleboarding—anything that lets me soak in nature’s beauty. Outside the office, I’m happiest in the kitchen, cooking for friends and family, and hosting cozy gatherings filled with great food, wine, and conversation. Or in the pilates studio.

Travel is one of my greatest passions. I believe that exploring new places, immersing myself in different cultures, and—of course—trying new foods is what life is all about.

I’m also a proud dog mom to a lovable Labrador retriever and a couple of spirited pugs, who keep life endlessly entertaining.
